ROMALDKIRK

Aerial view of Romaldkirk

(Last updated on 15th August 2009)

Few English villages have been touched less by the twentieth century than has Romaldkirk. A small number of new houses have been built, but most of the village looks much as it did in the eighteenth century, blending naturally with the rolling hills of Teesdale within which it nestles.
